As we come to the close of another remarkable school year, we have much to celebrate and reflect upon. This year has been filled with growth, achievements, and unforgettable moments that have shaped our students into confident and empowered individuals.
Our heartfelt congratulations go out to the graduating Class of 2024! This milestone marks the end of one chapter and the exciting beginning of another. We are incredibly proud of your accomplishments. As you move on to middle school, high school, or new adventures beyond our walls, remember that you carry with you the values and lessons learned here at the French American Academy.
You are now joining the ranks of our alumni. Know that you always have a home at the FAA. We encourage you to stay connected and share your stories with us, especially during our Alumni Reunion.
To our students, parents, teachers, and staff, thank you for your hard work, dedication, and unwavering support throughout the year. Enjoy a well-deserved break and explore nature as much as you can.
We look forward to welcoming you back refreshed and ready for another exciting school year. Have a wonderful summer!
Our Jersey City first grade B class and Kindergarten groups visited the Teaneck Creek Conservancy to learn about native species and enjoy some fun in the sun on their last Friday of the school year.
End-of-Year Show Embraces Paris 2024 Olympic Spirit
Our end-of-year show at Englewood and Jersey City campuses, themed around the Olympic Games, featured impressive performances of acting, singing, dancing, and sports competitions, all reflecting the inclusive and unifying spirit of the Olympic Games and the French American Academy!
We hosted Reggie Bennett, an Englewood and Jersey City parent, who explained the importance of Juneteenth to our elementary and middle school students. Through a presentation, discussions, and singing of traditional African American spiritual music, Reggie Bennett brought the history and spirit of Juneteenth to life, promoting a deeper understanding and appreciation for the values of freedom, kindness, and equality.

7th Graders Take Learning Beyond the Classroom as Met Museum Guides!
After studying artworks in class, our 7th graders confidently took on the role of tour guides at The Met Museum. They explained the context, composition, and interpretation of each painting with remarkable clarity to their classmates. Acting as tour guides, they even captivated passing Met visitors who stopped to listen.
